Water pumps and rad

I understand that they used diffrent radiators for diffrent applications, but what about water pumps? Everywhere i look a 1969 383 should have a drivers side outlet and i have mine on the passenger side which is making finding a replacement factory radiator a pain. so far i know the radiator is a 22in core with lil off center fill, top on passenger side off center, and bottom on passenger side with trans cooler. Any ideas:banghead:

did i mentoin i do have power steering

If you're a looking for a resto piece, you may ave to go nuts finding one or mix/match tanks and core.

If you're building a rod, then just have an aluminum radiator made to your specs. I have the same configuration that you do, and just went with a Griffin radiator. Pricy, but "cool".

If it will fit I would get a 26" rad. 22" is barley up to the job for a HotRod . Try looking for one for a 70-71 Later style had passenger side lower outlet
