Weiand manifold
I have a weiand 7503 intake manifold to suit my 318 poly
I have heard that these are pretty good.
my question is what do you guys know about them and what is the best way to clean them up (alloy)?
this manifold has been sitting around for some years and needs a good clean up inside.
Any help would be appreciated

My usual ramblings.
What do I think of it?
There is very little in the way of performance parts for this engine series, so I wouldn't quibble. You could probably look a long time and do not better.
Aluminum can be pretty difficult to clean, because it is porous. I would clean it the best you can, degrease it, and paint it to match your engine.
I once bought a new Edlebrock for my 440 when the then brand new just released "Tarantula" manifolds came out. (I should'ha waited for the Torker) Anyhow, I painted that damn thing about 10 quarts of oragane paint right off the shelf, but nearly 10 years later, the last I saw of it, it still looked great. The paint filled up the pores and it looked more like a factory piece. Even fooled a few people who "didn't know"

It is alloy so there is no rust
It has been sitting for about 10 years I believe and is dirty in there, I just dont want any thing other than gas going into the engine.
It also has like a light white powder (very light) on some parts which I assume is some form of corrosion.
and as 440 pointed out perfomance parts for these engines just dont exist
