What rear axle in my mopar?

I've been wondering for a while what real axle do i have in my coronet 76 with 360 engine. It doesn't fit to any picture that has come to me, so please help to identify it. Here is the picture:

It looks like an 8.25 rear axle. Can you get more of a direct on pic, that would help us out a little more.

Ya, like Tim said its either the early 8 1/4, or the 8 3/4.

Its not an 8 3/4 because those do not have a diff cover, they have a 3rd member like Toyota trucks and ford 9 nine rear axles.

Alright, I did some looking and I think I am going to agree with Polara and Tim...8.25 Here are a couple of links with decent pix:
http://www.dippy.org/forum2/index.php/topic,75.0.html
http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/p...all/index.html
and also found this:
count the bolts

7 1/4 has 9

8 1/4 has 10

9 1/4 has 12-cover is octogone shaped

D-60 has 10 and looks like a 9 1/4 but is not octogone shaped

8 3/4 has 10 bolt in front of the ham/pig/chunk/case/carrier..ect.

Thanks a lot !! Trying to spot this with those spotting images, you get only around with gm 10 bolts, and that sure isn't that. Good that there are you guys ;D
