I know where I can pickup a pair of 360 Heads #3769974 for $100 w/out the Shaft Assemblies. Are the 360 Rocker Shaft Assemblies interchangeable?

LA 318/360 all the same Early LA 273 adjustable rockers are also usable if you use the correct push rods & lifters

Also, would i need to change the Oil & Filter again after replacing the Heads?
