6.1 SRT8 2010 low power

Hi Folks.
I'm new in this forum. I own a 2005 Cummins but would like to help a friend that owns a 2010 Chalenger SRT8. Car has around 21000 miles and still warranty but the dealer doesn't want to help on lowpower. They said it's fine......
I've monitor it with my general scaner and of course it's a slow bitch.
But the only thing I see is that absolute throtle is at only 86.4% max and around 90% load. No DTC's.
Spark plugs have been changed around two months ago because he thought that might cure the problem but not.
Not sure where to look at. Anyone ever been through this?
Thanks for your help

You're saying the throttle only opens 86.4%? Sounds like the culprit to me.

I agree. Buy what do you think would cause this to happen? I could be a throtle cut from ecu as well????

Carpet bunched up under the pedal or other such restriction? Could be electrical gremlins, it's fly by wire right?

Exactly. Electric throtle. The pedal reads 100% but not the throtle. I wonder if it's something else that makes ecu to do a throtle cut. ...
