Question changing a 440-3 to be like the older 440 blocks?

I have a 413-3 engine from a motorhome. its a 1973. in order to get away from the watercooled ports all i have to do is
1)use a standard waterpump & housing from 440 source that doesnt have the nipple ontop that puts coolant into the block which goes to the head.
2)use a standard head gasket that blocks the coolant ports on the heads?

after these two changes the 440-3 Block is pretty much the same as all the other 440s right?

or would i run into heat problems with the heads by doing this? does this require coolant running though the block and heads to run temperature properly?

some guy freaked out saying no no no ignore everyone, they are all wrong hes saying he burnt heads up or something so idk. the old 440s had no cooling at all. So all these ports are, is an upgrade if i wanted coolant to flow through it or not right?
Or did the standard 440s use air somehow to run through passages?

do I HAVE to run the coolant through the heads for a mild street engine? my cars 5,000 pounds btw wouldn't think the extra cooling is necessary. seeing my 413 isn't like that from factory.

Heads, intake and water pump. "There are some" industrial engines that may have a different crank flange.. I doubt you are going to use the -3 pistons some? all? of these are heavier pistons

oh didnt know about the intake... would my 413 stock intake flow just as good? or no? from what i read the eddy performer is just a copycat of the stock intakes anyways just lighter. would my 413 intake even work with rv heads?

as for pistons ill need all new anyways to get my CR ratios to 9.25:1

why couldn't i just use the rv intake i have with the TQ carb i have?

The dash 3 intake and heads use coolant in the manifold heat rather than exhaust crossover.

There's a mechanical water temp stinger coming out the top of the exhaust manifold centered front to rear.

i was under the impression i just block them water ports off and ignore them just use the heads like normal heads no coolant going into them as for the intake guess ill have to change the intake maybe just use my 413 intake with the TQ
