Charger 1973 fuel tank cap, vented or non-vented (Stant 10571)
 

Hi guys,

I have Charger 1973 and Stant 10571 fuel gas cap. Does somebody know, is this vented or non-vented cap?

There is "Regular Locking Fuel Cap" as you see, so it should be non-vented, right?

This is my gas cap.

There is a small hole as you can see, and I can suck in but can't blow out air. Therefore, this should be vented cap or I am wrong?
