chrysler 440-oil in cooling system

Hello, i'm new to the forum and hoping someone can piont in the right direction for fixing my 440. After having my 440 rebuilt it ran flawlessly for a couple of weeks and then i noticed oil in my cooling system. upon pulling my head bolts i noticed a couple of them had oil on them and no sealant on the threads. I put sealant on all the headbolts and retorqued them. Fired up the engine and with in a few hrs i still had the same problem. pulled the heads and had them surfaced, replaced the head bolts with new arps. had my torque wrench recalibated. ran a long board with 120 grit over the block to look for grossly apparent low spots ( none seen) and then ran hatch marks with the sand paper @ 90 degrees to help hold the head gasket. fired it up and same problem, anyone with any ideas of what to do next i would appreciate it, thanks. The company that rebuilt the motor is closed.

Did the shop that resurfaced the heads check them for cracks (magnaflux)? Bummer about the shop closing btw. Side note, I'm pretty sure the bolt holes are blind, not that sealer is going to hurt either way.

You have an automatic? Could be ATF?

Could it be just left over crap in the radiator

The heads were not magafluxed, but the three times i tore the engine down, the oil was on the bottom of the head gasket. Each time after reassembling the engine I put a cup of tide and water in the cooling system and ran the engine to operating temp and then drained the system. i repeated this until the water was clear. I don't have and automatic, thanks for your questions.

Remember that oil passes through the heads to the rocker arms. Did you have the deck of block milled? if not running 120 sand paper over it is not the way to check for low spots, a real good straight edge to check this.

Sounds like it just left over oil in the cooling system....
