Double Exhaust system???

Does anyone know if there is some double exhaust system to a Dodge Pioneer from 1961? There´s now a single system, but the motor usually go cleaner and better engine sound with double system. (a pipe from each side)

before I had this Dodge I had a Desoto Fireflite of 1960, I bought the exhaust pipe and welded himself. But it was not so super good, then I am not an expert on the build as freehand. But it worked and rumbled good

But I hope that maybe there's a kit somewhere..
