Dual Exhaust on a 69 318 Fury III ??
Ok guys...Have a 69 Fury III with a 318 that I'm trying to beef up a little. Installed a 600cfm Edelbrock carb with an Edelbrock intake and I'm ready for duals. Here' my problem...Took her in at a recommended muffler place and the old man tells me that the fuel tank is off centered and he cannot run dual pipes because there is no room. Duals came on the 383 so I'm questioning his statement. Can duals be ran out the back since it's a 318?

My '68's tank is also 'off center' and I had the pipes run just below the frame rail(s). Or you can look at TTI. They specialize in Mopars and offer systems for our C-bodies. http://www.ttiexhaust.com/ |
Thanks for the help....I finally got duals installed yesterday....Here's a little clip (turn up the V as I could of done better at idle)...
