Ebay radiators

Has anyone had any experience good or bad with the aluminum radiators sold on ebay? Are they a quality radiator? Did they fit without a bunch of modifications? Did you see any improvement in cooling?

I bought one a few months ago for my 68, everything looks like really good quality, and the hoses fit up right. 2 things I noticed... it looks like one of the tranny cooler lines is leaking, and the mounting holes needed reamed pretty good to get everything to line up as it should.

I need to add, I've not had the car running yet, so I can't say anything as to it's cooling capacity or anything. I did buy one for a Vette a few years back, and with the proper fans, it kept a 383 supercharged cool. I'd guess it's going to depend on who the seller is and who the supplier is

I put a champion in my 66 Monaco and it's great, only problem was the upper rad hose location was off. I modified another hose and it worked fine.
