Can anyone out there help please. I want to know what it is before I buy it. it has a cast iron intake. Block casting #4006300-440-9 id stamp 5T440 TEHP 2 17, intake casting# 3830738-3 05110 they say that it is externally balanced and that it came out of a Highway Patrol car. can anyone tell me what I will be getting

i could figure every thing but the T in the stamping.

 

it should be right on the pass side of the block for the cubic inch

 

without playing with the numbers.. Late 70's low compression, external balance. 440 motor
