Pushrod Help

Hei I'm in need of some knowledge I purchased a 69 GTX In parts with a 440 trying to reassemble.
I pulled the valve covers and pan and found the pushrods laying inside everything is been and tight but my pushrods are to short
my question is does the 440 use a pushrod keeper or spacer down to the tappets and crankshaft?
Thanks any help appreciated

Depends of weather the engine is all stock or modified?
If it is a standard Push Rod>>>>
9.315 Lenght
5/16" Shaft size

I believe they are the right ones I will measure but no spacer or keeper at the tappet they connect between lifter and tappet within rod indentation on both?

No spacer on a stock valve train and stamped, non-adjustable rockers.

Ball and Ball Push Rod... Dose the push rod look Similar like this?

Without the Hole in the middle?
These do not require any holder... Just the lifter and the rocker arm pocket.
