Replacement Carburetor 69 Superbee,383 - ramcharger hood
 

Can anyone tell me which Carburetor will work on a 69 Superbee, 383 / Auto with Ramcharger Hood. I don't trust my Carter 4682 SA (or others on E-Bay etc. for rebuild) My research indicates a Holley 4150 will work. I'm just wondering if anyone has successfully replaced the Carter 4682 with something else on a 69 Bee, 383 with N96 Fresh Air Ramcharger Hood?

Just a little input, Im pretty sure the air cleaner circle is the same. I do know the Holley 4150 is a little taller style carb.
Being you have a 383 low deck. I would go out on a limb and say that most likely it will fit under the hood as long as a carb to intake spacer is not needed. Linkage may be a little challenging to make work, but that is not all that hard if you have a little bit of skill....
