Shorty Spark Plugs - Mopar 440

Hey Everyone,
Car is just about ready to fire up FINALLY.... As I'm putting in the spark plugs, its EXTREMELY tight.

What would you recommend for some sort of "shorty" spark plug to go with my Edlebrock Aluminum heads?

I heard Autolite AR74's...... but those are hard to find..... other suggestions?

Motor has the Edlebrock heads, cam... completely refreshed.

Check Accel for a cross for the plug in a shorty....

i checked and it is the same heat range as a champ J12YC. which is VERY hot heat range for a high performance engine. course i dont like champion plugs. NGK makes good plugs. but most of the time if you drive hard, and have a high performance engine, its best to get a plug that is 1 to 2 heat ranges colder than stock. the stock heat range is for aunt May in the winter.

Phil -

Been using the Accel "shorties" or peanut plugs for the last five years.
Work as well as any other plug, and does help the header clearance.
