Looks almost like a barn find, very cool. What's he asking for it? From the photos and no info, I'd give him $2800-3500ish.

Even better! I'm not seeing a transmission dipstick in the photos, is it a stick? This thing has patina, you're gonna run it as-is, right? Post photos after you get it, I'm seriously excited about this car. Just so you know, the wiring is probably a mess, but don't get discouraged, it's common of old Mopars and we can help you out with it.

My brother swaped a 318 for a 440 in a dart swinger and looking at the distance from the vakve cover to the master cylinder I would say its a 383 not a RB but B engine.
did anyone notice the 1x4piece of wood on the right side going under the side of the motor?
The more I look the more I see ...the gas can on the right side of the radiator
i can imagine what your getting into looks like a major restoration job .

Yeah, and the gas can on the radiator support. Who knows, cool car though, I'd sure snap it up. By the way, Gort, where have you been for the last year? Good to see you're back brother.

Easy to ID a raised block (RB, 413-426-440) from a low block. Look for a horizontal pad on the drivers side near the distributor, at the driver side corner of the front valley pan rail. It will have the CID or part of it stamped there. Might say 426 or 26, 440 or 44, etc

Low blocks, old 361, 383, 400 do not have that pad. Their ID is a "slanted" pad on the other side down by the water pump

From what I can see, depending on the swap "cleanliness" and rust issues, it just might be REALLY worth the asking

is this right? because the color is Turquoise it might be a late 60s mild engine. or a early 60s something. i think some HP early 60s was Turquoise in color. i know the 65 300 L was a HP engine, is Turquoise in color. . i dont know what year the B-RB HP engine was orange color.

-- Near the base of the distributor on the right front of the block.
