Big block 727 help needed!!
 

E My 727 wasn't shifting into third unless throttle pressure rod was disconnected and even then it was barely going in and slipping badly once in third ( I have 37 inch tires and 3.55 gears and was taching 4000 rpm at 60 mph). Pulled transmission install tci rebuild kit with a new pump assembly and now I cannot get the thing to pass the air check for the direct clutch. It leaks a massive amount of air between the input shaft and stator support shaft. I can also hardly hear the direct clutch engage. It passes the other air tests fine. All the sealing rings are in place and have even poured some atf in the port and it just blows it out. Sorry for the long first post but I am in need of help with this. Any suggestions?
