Many years ago my father acquired a wall bracket, from a Chrysler dealer auction, labeled "Specialty tools for 1974 Chrysler vehicles" full of all the special tools for that year. I could be wrong on the year but it was for early 1970s. I have no use for these tools and would like to sell them to someone who will have a use for them. I didn't keep all the tools but I have a few special pullers/installers and an "Electronic Ignition Tester C-4166". The biggest puller is stamped with "C-4246-4". The Mopar forum seems like the place to find someone to identify the purpose of these items, if there is interest I will post the part numbers of the rest of the tools.
