Pistol grip shifter
 

Hello all bought a used Pistol grip shifter for my 73 Challenger ,got it installed tonight ,problem being how does that pistol handle come apart ??I took the three screws out on the side but still feels just as tight does the top part that has the shift pattern pop off the top ??think shifter is a 70 it's a slip in stick ,shifter works great,just need to get boot back on thanks Gregg
