I was considering going with a push button Trans on a 65 Coronet. It's an auto on the column now. Is this an easy swap? Mine has buttons on the dash now for wipers, heat etc so I was thinking of switching those over for shifting.

 

Well, you can't do that. There is a mechanism that controls a cable that goes into the push button transmission. You will need to get that from another car that had a push button to get started. Then figure out how to mount it in your dash.
