Need to remove the drive shaft. There is a procedure. You need to check it before taking it apart and see how many inch lbs it takes to turn the pinion . Then Remove the pinion nut and flange and replace the seal Bolt it back up & re torque in steps try to get the same in lbs reading you got before From the looks It probably needs a re build so
just replace the seal & re torque and hope for the best

So does anyone know where to get this seal? I have been looking all over.

We need more info ! but looking for 62 Dodge 8 3/4 pinion seal ???
SKF18708 looks like a good prospect. When you get the old seal out there should be a number on it that can be crossed
