screw of 40pin connector on TCM 4606105 won't come off
Hello,
I have a 2.4L 4cyl dodge stratus 1995 with a 4606105 TCM. I want to take the 40 pin connector off, but I keep turning the main retaining screw and nothing happens. Has this ever happened before? How can I get the connector off?

Thanks! That sounds plausible. It looks as if somebody that had worked on my car had encountered this issue because the plastic covering the wires on the end is broken off. I will try pulling on the screw head directly, maybe I will cut off.
I had two garages replace the speed sensors before and now there's a code for solenoid pack too. I'm guessing there's a bad connection, or the computer itself is bad. I bought off a scrap dealer a TCM that I was hoping to put in today until I couldn't get the connector off the TCM in the car.
