Shifting issue

Hey there and thanks for reading my post I have a 1973 dodge charger with a 727 torque flight transmission I recently replaced the pump seal and rear output shaft seal and it worked perfectly no leaks but the next day I went to fully take her out and my shifter is not working the car is in drive and wont shift to anything else even neutral not sure if this helps but the key wont start the car either I have to turn the key forward and pop the hood then proceed to touch the starter cylinoid with a screwdriver does anyone know a solution to fix the shifter thanks for any help

Shift linkage and column lock linkage.

Thank you is that relatively easy to fix?

Straight forward with a service manual. Possible look up at For B Bodies Only.
