It’s been sitting since 2011 been moving lil not much. It has ABS light on can I reset it without scan tool

If its a "soft code" Once you fix the issue with the ABS system. You can drive it and it will clear on its own. But fit it is a "Hard Code" Then you will need a scantool to clear the fault.

It has about 15-20 codes. There’s air in the system the front drivers side caliper bleeder screw is seized. Plus the car brake lines rusted and replaced them all the way around

But it starts right up. No check engine only thing is abs.
