5 on 4.5 bolt pattern for A BODY???
 

5 on 4.5 bolt pattern for A Body (FRONT)

Have a 69 Dodge Dart. Has factory drum brakes with 5 on 4 bolt pattern on the front. I am wanting to keep the drum brakes, just change the hub so I can end up with the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. Can this be done with a hub/drum off of another Mopar? Again I am looking to just change the front. The rear was done when the car was built. (RACECAR) I do not want to go to disc brakes so a conversion is out of the question. Any help would be more than appreciated. Thank you
