Engine bay paint recommendations?
I'm going to do a spray bomb on my firewall, inner fender skirts etc. I don't have the time or equipment to pull the engine so I'm going to work around it for now. Was just wondering what would be the best type/brand of spray can paint to use that requires the least amount of prep work.

I Like Krylon paint myself... Still going to have to clean it good and primer areas....
Just my 2 cents |
Brace -
I would use high temp engine paint. I like the Dupli-color or VHT stuff, but most are pretty good. However, you might be able to find something close to the body color if you go to an auto body supplier. Most important thing would be make sure the surface is really clean. They ALL require the same prep, if you want it to last. Archer |
