Where does this piece go? 71 challenger

I have so many parts laying around I need to know if this belongs on a 71 Challenger and where it would go. I might have mixed it up with some parts from a different car from a while back but I can't tell for sure and I do believe it goes at the top of the door seal, if it gies anywhere on a 71 at all...
