Looking to purchase a 68 RT. It’s doesnt need to be completely overhauled but don’t want a rust bucket or major body issues.

Im hoping to find a ligit seller in or near California. I keep finding these out of state and getting scammed with asking me to eBay deposit or wire money without seeing car. Even found out one guy switches the parts/panels/vins before he ships car.

Anyone ever purchase an out of state with pics alone without getting scammed?? My guess is no.
