1963 Dodge Dart GT value and collectibility?

Got a trade offer on this and wanted to know more about the value and collectibility of it. It's been sitting for years out here in West Texas, so rust isn't an issue. Being a '63 it's got the Slant Six. It's white/red interior with front seats and carpets with splits/tear.
