1968? Valiant VIN help

First off. new member and thanks for the add. I just purchased a property in AZ that has been abandoned for over ten years. There are several cars on the property, I am waiting for titles to get mailed out from the estate but I am struggling with VIN info on what I think Is a 1968 Plymouth Valiant. VIN tag on drivers side front fender shows: VH41 21 5 13 220 107787. I was curious of anyone can help, all the vin decoders I have looked up make no sense after the "41" Thanks to anyone that can help out.

Well, that isn't a VIN tag. The VIN is on the dash, you can see it through the window on the drivers side. That is a build tag. It shows what options were installed at the time of build. You might have better luck looking for that.
