Here is a weird one: my two speed wipers in my '68 Dodge Dart work on slow speed, and when I turn it on to high, they work fast for a few swipes, then slow to the slower speed. The motor has what looks like a bunch of goop that leaked out of the the housing and down the firewall, like transformer insulating oil. I wonder if there is a gear drive that might be dry or....
