Best way to get many years of dried paint off leather seats.

Scott -

Try any good leather moisturizer on exposed leather.
As the leather softens (becomes more flexible), you should be able to flake the paint off.
As the paint starts to flake, work more moisturizer in.
It's going to take patience and can't say how good the end result will be.
