I found this in the trunk of a car I just bought. Its in VERY good condition. I,ve searched forever trying to identify exactly what its called and not sure of what it is....... Hood insert/bezel/callout/air grabber/vent/scoop/extension/insert. (lol)

I,m not sure if its for the back of the hood on an air grabber, or a single insert faux scoop for a hood, or one insert/bezel callout for one side of a hood. Anyone please step in and help me out. Its in very good condition and I know someone can use it. I dont even know what to ask for it, I,ve looked on ebay and seen some like it. I cannot use it...I can post a better pic if needed

Its STEEL, 28 inches long end to end, all studs are there on the back, its black with a white 383 insert. Thanks for anyones help, info or offer!
