1974 d200 adventurer Camper model start up after 12 years
My grandson has an oportunity to get this truck from his maternal grandmother. The truck is in eastern Washington and he and I are in New England. The truck has not run in 12 years. We have contact with a local mechanic to test run it. I'm thinking we should try to get it started with a new battery, check oil and tranny fluid, small gas can with fresh fuel as a first step. Any suggestions??

Welcome to the site.... Sounds like a plan... once you know that... You can move to see if the brakes and wheels all turn and stops.... Keep us posted.... Cheers
