1977 W-100 switched to RWD ONLY

Greetings! I am looking at purchasing a 1977 w-100 with a 440. The previous owner has removed the manual transmission and transfer-case. He installed a Torqueflite A-727-B and connected the rear end, via slip yoke, to the tranny. He has the original t-case which will come with the vehicle. Also, he has installed the appropriate steering shaft for an automatic tranny. What I need to know is how can I use a Torqueflite A-727-B and attach the t-case to it? I know that on F*rds, its a matter of removing the tail shaft assembly on the tranny (C-6) and installing the t-case in its place. Providing the teeth number match i.e. 32 etc, will the same process work for this rig?. Please let know. While I am new to Dodge Power Wagons, I am an old, avid Mopar man. I have a 1977 Dodge Monaco (former CHP cruiser) which I dearly love and I live-eat-breath Ma-Mopar big blocks.

It's the output shaft and if I remember correctly a tail shaft that bolts to the transfer case, it's only been thirty years since I've done one so .....
I used parts from a 4wd 727 and a complete 2wd 727. You might as well pan on doing a complete overhaul on the transmission because you have to tear it down completely to get to the output shaft.
