1984 Dodge Ram W150 Steering Help and Advice Please!
 

Attachment 18032Attachment 18033Attachment 18032I am replacing the steering gear and pump and hoses on my 1984 W150 4WD.
After putting on the steering gear, I am not sure I mounted correctly. Don't recall what it looked like before I removed the old one.
The spindle for the pitman arm is at an angle and not perpendicular to the ground.
Not sure if this is normal for my year but I see no other way to mount.
There is a mounting plate between the frame and steering gear I may have reversed but I don't see any other way to mount it.
If anyone has a picture of my year or one close to it for comparison, it would help be get back on the road.

I have an '84 W100, I took a look at it and it looks just like your pictures. I believe you have it mounted correctly.
