86 Dodge W250 factory timing chain info

With 103K miles on my 86 W250, I am replacing the timing gear/chain set and front seal, I pulled the cover and found a double roller set, no teflon on gear like a friend suggested I might have and 1/16" stretch as measured per the factory manual.
I bought the truck from the GSA (fed trk) with 53K miles back in '94 and this is the first time I have pulled this apart.
Is this normal for the factory set-up?

Yes, ussually in those years, the 318/360 had the double roller, and the 6 had a single roller.....

Good chain, I save them for cheap built out of pieces motors when they are still good. Seen them acceptable with over 250K before.
