I have a 75 d200 club cab long bed and the plastic undercarriage tank is a lost cause. does anyone know where to find a replacement tank?
I have been looking on line and only find the chevy tanks. has anyone tried to use one of these??

Call Jegs Performance or Summit Racing. I'm sure someone can help you there.

I have a long bed plastic tank frame mounted. It is in good shape. I'm will to sell but very expensive due to rarity as your finding. I'm in San Diego and would want $450.00 plus shipping. I've repaired these using a special 2 part system made by 3M. It works well on poly tanks. Silicone does not work for long.

I know this post is a little older, but I put an RCI fuel cell in the bed. Seems like this is occurring more and more as those plastic tanks go kaput. At the last car show I attended, I saw several trucks this way. You do loose a little bed space. I have a tool box in mine and cut a hole through it so the tank is hidden. I have to lift the tool box lid to fill up, but I have had zero issues with the fuel system since this happened. get a brand new 19 gal fuel tank for a couple hundred dollars. You can go bigger or smaller. They have a spare tire area mount if you want to cut a hole in the bed for the filler cap and that looks pretty cool too.

Having the same trouble

PO put in a fuel cell. I really don’t like it backside it takes up about 1/3 of the bed since it’s a short bed stepside.

Getting a a couple of local leads but having trouble conn vying with the seller. $450 sounds steep BUT there aren’t many out there. May not be bad since most of the others are pull from a salvage truck and plastic may disintegrate when your touch it.
