Replacing dash gages in 81 d150

I have recently purchased an 81 d150 that has a dummy light for oil pressure. Is it possible to swap the whole dash cluster out for one with an oil gage or just swap the light out. I figure I'd need a new sending unit as well. I'm not sure if any other info is needed but the truck has a 3.7 and is automatic.

You can add an oil gauge under dash.

Yeah I know I can add one but I kind of like the idea of keeping it stock looking.
