Question What piece is this called, and where can I find it?

This part of the cab in my '75 D100 is rotted out, but I don't know what to search up to find a replacement panel. I need both the panel circled in red, and the panel circled in blue (see picture) for both the driver and passenger sides, but I don't know what they're called. If it comes to it, I can make the panels, but I really would like to buy them if possible. I've tried to look up inner rocker panels, but I can't find anything for this specific truck. (This picture isn't my truck, I used a non-rotted out truck so it's easier to see the panels)

Every rocker I see online doesn't have that upper lip. It seems like its an inner rocker, but I can't find that anywhere. All I can find is this

current passenger side rocker

OE Style rocker

I have no idea about the quality, I just wanted to show you what you need....
I have used Keystone for body parts and had good luck with them...
