yo man its been awhile. hope all is well. I'm getting ready to re-do the front-end on my 63. I'm looking forward to getting started. I'lll be taking photos and documenting the whole thing. should be a-lot of fun!
peace, rand
My 62 dodge lancer use to do the same but it was the slant 6. someone told me that if you can upgrade the ignition it can possibly cure that problem but I'm not for sure on that. I'm in the waiting stage right now with what I want to do with her for the time being but I'll hit you up for sure. I have to find a place to move thats about 1hr and half away and find another job first. for now I'm just gonna get the suspension done and some new tires....keep u posted.. nice on the mufflers though.!
hey scott,
I haven't done much to her yet, I'm still not sure what route to take with restoring. I do take her out at least once a week to keep the engine running. The exhaust is stock and very quiet. I was told that our car has parts that are interchangable with the 61 desoto.
Hey there, Thanks! congrats on your nice find. I just picked up my ride a week ago and I'm plannig a full resto job on her. It's got some rust issues but It runs and for the most part it all there. I'll be posting pics of the full resto job as it progreses. Where abouts you live? I'm in east bay area cali.
