'66 Belvedere A/C question
Got the car back from the A/C shop today. They replaced a pressure line on top of the pass. fender, new dryer, expansion valve... 43yr. old original system.... vacuumed it down and re-charged it. 36 deg. outlet temperature feels MIGHTY GOOD! Compressor is nice n quiet. Apparently the condensate drain is stopped up 'cause it's dribbling ice water on the inside from under the dash. I think the drains are the little brass looking nipples down low on the firewall on either side. I poked around gently with a tie wrap. Maybe a little compressed air? Anything special I should know about cleaning the drains out. I'd rather ask somebody that knows than damage it. Looks like Ive got a coolant leak on the outlet on the manifold------ always SOMETHING. Thanks in advance
