Engine build: critics welcome!!!

This is my first build, and I've tried to go slow and research everything but not totally confident in my choices, so anyone who has an opinion, I'd love to hear it.

First, I'm looking for a best of both worlds situation, meaning that I want the car to cruise around with the family and not worry about overheating, but I also want to blow the doors off my buddies GTX.

Right now the block is bare and bored .060 over. I bought eagle crank and rods, ross alum flat pistons 10.5 :1 comp
Lunati hyd roller .530 intake .550 ex dur @ .50 231/239
Eddie RPM perf valve job and minor port cleaning basicly ootb
6 pack 65 jets in center and 71 outboard
Comp magnum steel roller rockers
hooker competition headers 1 7/8 to 3" (might have to go TTI for plug clearance)
4 speed
Dana 3:55
70 Coronet R/T

I think that sums it up-

I'm mostly concerned with the carb jets, cam specs and header primary tubes, but any other advice is welcome.

Hate to tell you, but you cant really ever have both.

You either get a fast car that'll hook and run semi hot, or you have a stocker thats great for daily driving.

Some drag radials and I think you'll be set, otherwise you're going to be buying new tires every month

I am running 34 total and a Proform Street Series 850 carb at this time and yes it's a little slower, but still plenty fast for the street.
