Parting out a sub frame, How do I

get the lower control arms out of the frame? I could cut up the frame around them I suppose. I would rather use this time to learn how to do it right so that when I rebush my New Port I don't screw anything up.
Thanx in advance.

I was very surprised. Once I put I put some heat to the bolt the whole thing just slide apart. Leave it to me to find problems where there are none. The pivot is still coneted to the conrol arm, but I am not rebuild these. They are up for sale if anybody needs one. Check the classifieds the reat of it is there as well.
