New Dart Owner

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum, and just bought a '63 Dart convertable. Being a new owner of a Mopar this old I have a few questions. First which body class/platform is the 63 model? Next, where do I get parts...mostly body pannels? Year one and the other usual sources only go back to '66. And lastly, is there a good source to get information on the VIN code and fender tag numbers? I'd appreciate any help...thanks!

Hi Ryan, welcome (even though you were here before me)

although I am also new, I do have some help. Based on my experience it is best to get body panels from swap meets. If you need huge sections like the rear quarters, inner wheel wells, etc. I dont see many at swap meets, so I would probably try and find a parts car or think of a creative way to work around it.

Post some pictures. are you restoring it to original? what are your plans for it? we actually have an old dart at my work right now, I dont know whose it is or why its here, but it looks sharp. Let us know more about it!
