1977 440bb heats up on highway

My girl stays right about at 190 unless I go over 50mph (2700rpm or so) on a warm day. What's your temp on the highway? Is it normal for it to get up over 215? Is it the radical cam? Timing? Running your standard antifreeze and water.

What kind of radiator ? Compression ratio ? Water pump pulleys ? thermostat ? Rad shroud ? Gear ratio... all can cause heating
