How does one go about disabling the OBD port?

I assume the car does not react to lock/unlock if the jammer is used so making sure it is locked would be wise?

it sound's like he wants to hack into the car's computer to turn it back on kinda like getting around a lo-jack system maybe the government shut off his car from some jamming device?
and considering the computer control systems in modern cars they are all a pushed button away from shunting them off or remote driving it to some fema station/camp with your azz locked inside!
how's that for big brother.

Prolly the way it goes in "shenzheng."

Talk about the gov - car won't start
Don't pay taxes - car won't start
Too many kids - car won't start
Drink too much - car won't start
etc.

As of now he's harmless and not really trying to sell anything, so I'm gonna leave this for the boys to play with...

it's like i really need one for my car eh,, the only port i have is a vacuum port.
and speaking of electronics...
i've noticed something lately about cars on the road including my brothers car
some days they travel the roads at 5mph under the posted speed and other days it's 10-15 on the hwy. all of em. i've past lanes of traffic doing 45, i'm in the fast lane where we are doing 50-55 and usually it's 70 75 this happens all the time some days it seem's everyone is in slow motion and cant get to the speed limit and i know my speedo is accurate.
im thinking its the speedos being hack into by the gov. to control traffic and if you notice all high ways have several rfid scanners near the ramps maybe they count car's maybe the re-calibrate your speedo maybe everybody cant afford to drive anymore,
ok boys what do you say to this any thought's?
