i changed one out on my ram -if its anything like my 05, find a used one(ebay, cl, etc). then bring it to a dealer to send to chrysler to have your vin and mileage programmed into it.

Ive had 2 neons, 97,98, they both had gauge cluster issues. I talked to a chrysler tech told me that the circuit bord shrink over time then they loose contact cause contact faliure, if you hit the dash or the instrument cluster they would come back on, eventually they shrink to the point that they wont work anymore.
