All that's left now are the hupcaps and top boot.

I have a 72 cuda with ugly beige/gold colors. I want to change it to black. How much cost am I looking at? Can I paint or dye it instead. Seats need to be redone as well as new carpet anyway, so I am looking at door panels and rear panels/deck.

yep thats what that is...its called a "performance indicator"
the red side is power the blue side is economy.. the white under the blue is where it should idle at.

Yep, Performance Indicator (vacuum gauge). This is it after I got it back from being restored.
