need help!

my 67 coronet has a 22" core, and I have a big block in it. The small radiator
wont cool properly...should I remove the 22"core and replace with the 25"
or buy a more efficient 22" radiator in hopes it will work?
any help is greatly appreciated!

You'll want a larger radiator that is at least a 3 core if not 4 core.

Yeah, I figured....do you know of any easier way than dismantling the entire front end to install the 26" radiator core?

That would fix you right up. But just for giggles you might buy a new radiator and see what happens. I have a 318 in my chally I was having cooling problems as well. I didn't have a fan shroud either. I ended up just buying a new radiator... that completely fixed it and it hasn't even thought about getting too hot... infact i havent even seen it hit normal temperature since I changed it lol. But out of past experiences with different vehicles and friends vehicles a fan shroud could very well be every bit of your problem... it makes a huge difference in how much air is being pulled through the radiator to cool it. Also one cheap and easy thing you can do is throw an electric fan on the oposite side of your clutch fan and run it as well as the clutch fan. The extra air should keep you pretty cool.
